Madison's Dane County airport (MSN) has flight connections to most of the major airline regional hubs. The Inn on the Park (conference hotel) offers free transportation to and from the airport. Contact the hotel directly to arrange this service. Taxi and rental car services are also available at the airport.

Bus connections between downtown Madison and Chicago's Midway airport or the Amtrak station (downtown Chicago) are available through the Van Galder bus company. The Midway service is provided through a scheduled transfer at Janesville, WI to Midway Bus. Van Galder also operates to Chicago's O'Hare airport, useful primarily as a backup or lower cost connection option. Bus service between downtown Madison and Milwaukee's Mitchell airport is available with Badger Bus.
